Anyway one very special 1st crafting memory was doing embroidery with my now departed sister. I know I must of been around 9 years old and she is 5 years older than me!! We used to sit and embroider together. Other things like french knitting drawing and modeling clay can't remember exactly but the embroidery with my sister is the fondest and specialist early memory. Mum had a tin with hundreds of buttons in it - I used to love picking them up and letting them pour through my fingers.<br /><br />My nanna taught me to crochet and my grandma taught me to knit.
